| Netherworlder01-21-06, 08:13 AM | Eight characters have been introduced via D&D Minis as Level 1 official characters for use in the Mark of Heroes campaign: Dwarf Artificer Soldier of Thrane Warforged Wizard Voice of Battle Cleric of Dol Arrah Dwarf Raider Dwarf Wizard Talenta Halfling I am starting an MoH campaign and I'd like to offer these as Level 4 Fastplay characters but I cannot find the Level Kick to 4th level for these characters. Can anyone tell me if these have been updated since August 2005? Thanks. |

Can anyone tell me if these have been updated since August 2005? Six characters were released at fourth level at GenCon in August 2005. They are the Shifter Barbarian, Gnome Cleric, Human Fighter, Elf Ranger, Changeling Rogue, and Kobold Wizard. No other characters were advanced at the level bump. The kobold wizard was new. The other five were original 1st level Fast-play characters that were advanced. As far as I can tell, stats for the Dwarf Raider, Dwarf Wizard, Cleric of Dol Arrah, and Talenta Halfling were never released at any level for play in Mark of Heroes, even though the minis say they are. One more thing we all hope gets addressed in the upcoming new release of the campaign standards. |

| Netherworlder01-23-06, 05:24 PM | Kind of disappoining, but I appreciate the answer. Thanks! Incidentally, the cards with the minis have full stats on them. All you would need to do is copy them off to a character sheet and they should be useable. |
| grahamdrew01-23-06, 08:44 PM | Atfer looking at the Underdark stat cards that correspond to the fastplays I think "full stats" is a bit of an overstatement. There a lot of bits of info that are missing. The 4th level half-orc paladin only has one feat listed, for example. None of them seem to have the miniature unlock abilities listed, either. I wouldn't recomend trying to play them over the fully-stated six on the website. Andrew Beard |

Unless I missed something, none of the minis are restricted combos of class and race. The player would need to fill in the missing information thus customising the character. The lack of an "mini unlock" shouldn't cause too much trouble as regular PC don't have the feature either. |
