Bruize 01-08-06, 07:31 PM	I plan to run the Mark of Heroes campaign soon and my players are asking some questions that I just can't answer without consulting others. 1: in home games, restricted feats (such as dragonmarks) are still restricted? 2: Psionics are only usable by Kalashtar? 3: Do they need need to have Campaign Cards to unlock things for a home game that is still being reported? Odd questions, but they need to know.
