My friends and I played our first Mark of Heroes event at GenCon, so we started with the Level 4 "bump". We had such a great time that I immediately set up a home game day on 9/10 and ordered NO TICKET to run (I'm probably going to judge while the other two play with a few completely newbies, starting at level 4). Well, my friends who played at GenCon leveled to 5, so now I will be running a table of 4th and 5th level characters for a mod that says it is optimized for 2nd level characters. Are there suggestions/rules for advancing the mod to cover 4th/5th level characters, or are they going to cakewalk right through it?

I ran this last weekend at my retail venue. It covers up to 4th level. If you run the potential opposition "smart," it should probably be challenging for a mixed 4th/5th level group.

One thing about the adventure, depending on how the characters approach the adventure it could possibly be a cakewalk (with lots of roleplaying opportunities, though, so time might not be an issue) or almost impossible (if they get everyone riled at them at the same ).

yes it will go up to 4th level and you could probably tweak it to go up even more honestly if they are having such an easy time. like the previous poster said the end encounter could be handled so they have a harder time and such. if they are having such a great time with the roleplaying and getting through the combats easy enough then thats fine too as long as they have a great time!
