04-21-05, 11:13 PM		Is there any system in place for characters to take racial substitution levels yet? e.g. a kalashtar psion using the substitution levels from Races of Eberron?

04-22-05, 09:47 AM		ISTR that, according to the campaign docs, Unlocking of racial
substitution levels would be something that you could accomplish
via your Expansion list or via an Expansion campaign card.

Alas, RACES OF EBERRON isn't as of yet campaign legal (except
for people who hold the Shifter-focussed expansion card from
Set 2), but that should be remedied very soon.

<*Like maybe around the same time they release EMH-3 & EMH-4..*>
