Each time I do a web report were I have a new player in it (new RPGA number), the system doesn't give him Gold Pieces like the others for the game played (and I suspect XPs as well).

Am I the only one with this problem ?

What can I do and who should I contact to solve my reporting problem. It leaves me with frustrated new players and I don't think it is a nice way to intoduce them to RPGA gaming.

I have already contacted WotC Help support and they told me to contact rpgasanctioning@wizards.com wich I did. A person named Tim Kelly responded and while he helped me with my new members RPGA application form/cards shortage, I didn't get any help with my recuring Web reporting problem.....

I'm a patient person but I'm begining to be really frustrated with all this...

What should I do ??? Help !!

Timrat ? Can you help me please... somebody, anybody ?

Yea, ive found that after 4 weeks of requesting rpga cards, via email, via phone, via email.... nothing. I finally got a wizards cust service guy to say to hold the game and just collect player info. I feel that will go over well, i think not a single person involved will end up getting the credit they deserve for a long, long time.

the only thing i can recommend. More complaints to the various wizards that be on a re-occuring basis, good documentation about whats wrong and by how much, and wait with the rest of us.

ill say it again, just in case a wiz rep ever reads this ---- This is the worst example of customer service that ive ever seen, and ive worked as a manager for customer service phone lines.... Id fire the head of rpga organization, replace , rinse and repeat until things start getting solved. oh, i guess its christmas so i might give a warning to the head before he got canned, or id at least wait to fire him till after the holidays....

Weird... I never need to ask for membership forms since I get them mailed to me on a regular basis. Never had any problems with reporting games, and if something needed to be changed in the event (I admit *before* I reported the event) it was changed in a matter of days. Recently an RPGA shipment to my adress never arrived and when I mailed them I got a reply within the hour and the next week I got a new shipment.

I finally got help !! :)

And just to help you guys avoid the errors I had in my reports, here is some tip I had from an RPGA rep:

If you report a game with new players in it and the system tells you that some info is missing but if all seems ok on screen to re-submit the session, do it but be sure to re-save the scenario's questions before.

It is a known bug but no solution was found yet.

Hope this helps !! :D

Hi! Iīm new at this forums.

and also I have an issue with reporting. Iīve tried to report adventures of diferent campaings and I just canīt report because thereīs a thing that displays cert 1 and cert 2. I tried putting none, zero and others but it always tells me that is a invalidate cert id. I donīt know where can I find this certs numbers, Are there some of these found in the zip file, adventure or elswhere?

I donīt know where can I find this certs numbers, Are there some of these found in the zip file, adventure or elswhere? They are not used for MoH as of yet. Leave them blank and it should work okay.

Interesting thing happened to me though, after reporting EMH-7 results, it turns out that some members received an updated EV and some stayed the same. That ever happen to anyone else?

Well, I've had different EV show up for players who played the same table of EMH-4. Two of them were 150 GP behind the other three. I wonder how that wroks?

This happens to me only when I report new RPGA members. Let's hope I don't encounter another type of reporting problem...

Thank you very much shadowed intent, I succesfully reported the event, but then quote:

They are not used for MoH as of yet.

It means that in other campaings(ej living arcanis, grayhawk etc) these certsid are required in order to report?

No, as far as I know the certificate tracking is not used at all yet... they've just added the function to the database before they roll out a campaign which uses it or try to impliment it within MoH. I would imagine that the plan is to use it for the Xen'drik Whatever campaign, which might make that completely paperless.....
