jeffpicard 06-03-05, 01:26 PM	I'm running tonight, anyone know how long I should tell my players to wait for the tracker to update their character info? My intention is to put everything in when I get home after we play, so that would be the minimum
Tiberien 06-03-05, 11:43 PM	They should wait until you press "submit" and it tells you "all players have had their information updated". ;) The characters and rewards update as soon as they are entered. Providing the RPGA number is valid (not too new to be in the DB) and for rewards if they have registered for it and confirmed the email.
jeffpicard 06-04-05, 02:14 AM	ah, I gave them cards last week (they all have new,and consecutive, numbers) and so I had to put in some names just now when I put my results in, so when I see them later tonight I can tell them their infor is probably up, and definatly for ones whose names showed up ahead of time? at least one thing seems efficient about the system! :)
TimRat 06-07-05, 03:34 PM	if there brand new i'm not sure if it'll be there right away. But i'd tell them to check just in case to begin with. it is instantaneous
