This issue wasn't particularly important at 5th level, since almost all prestige classes can be first taken at 6th level, but now that Eberron has its 10th level bump, I wanted to ask. At 5th and 10th level, you may unlock a prestige class. But at what point does that happen, before or after selecting your level? Let's say your Wizard wants to be a Divine Oracle and a Fatespinner. You place Divine Oracle as your 5th level unlocked item and Fatespinner as your 10th level unlocked item. Your character took 5 levels of Wizard, then 4 levels of Divine Oracle. Can you make your 10th level Fatespinner, or do you have to wait until 11th level to take Fatespinner?
