Hi everyone, I will order an event this night but have 2 session and I want to make the June's DM Mark so I have to chose between Reflection of the Multiverse or Pirate Bounty (or something like that). Which one do you suggest to me? I'm thinking about playing the Eberron published adventure as DM's Mark so since Reflecftion is in Wroat maybe it would be better but I don't know. Thanks to help me quickly :) .

I suggest Reflections as it has more Eberron-specific details, though it has a funky planar storyline that could be argued as not fitting with the Eberron campaign material, but I think it's a possible explorable plotline.

Pirate's Bounty is also good, but it didn't seem to have as much Eberron-specific details as Reflections.

Why do they says that June's DM Mark is optimized for lvl.2 character? I always heard that all MoH were still lvl.1  !!!

because characters that have played in both Reflections and pirates would be level 2
if you expect to see a party that needs a lower level of encounters (such as your home party that's only seen 1 of the 2), then scale it back.

If they managed that then US players must be getting more XP than overseas players.

We ran Reflections + Pirates + Death in Darguun (special) yet only about 3/4 of the players reached 2nd level.

Unless the bottleneck in the release shedule is fixed, MoH is going to be dead as a campaign.

if you did everything right and played in the first 2 mods plus the special you should be 2nd level. not sure why you wouldn't be. but most have played in at least 2 of the DMs mark and thus would easily put them over that mark.

i had only played the special, reflection and a DMs mark and was 2nd level.

I know people that have made 3rd level, and this was *prior* to the release of the June DM's Mark (and yes, I saw their official printout).

Maybe they are attaching more weight to the Special in terms of XP - I played both modules, and both DM's Marks (in other words, everything but the XMH-1 Special), and I'm still 2nd level. I am 100% sure we did everything right on all but one of the mods, and I'm 90% certain on the last one).

Frustrating, as I was hoping to be 3rd level in time for Origins, and that seems all but impossible now - unless they're doing a level kick prior to Origins? :(

no level bump before origins.

3 of the characters in our party were level 2 after playing the DM's mark last month and then playing Reflections. We did Pirates bounty at level 2... the other character was playing a 1st level character, though that was only because he didn't check his online tracking (he forgot) so the DM decided he should play a level 1 character when he wasn't sure.

Just fyi, do with it what you will.

After the April DMs mark and Reflections, I had players at 2nd level.

Cheers!
