ajpopp 07-23-06, 03:29 PM	Hey, DMs who have run the July Mark...I keep trying to report the adventure, but the system tells me cert MH1030 is invalid. You know, the one that only one player can get? Everyone obtained MH1029, but the system keeps telling me that MH1030 is invalid for the one player I assign it to. What gives? I've tried replacing the zeros with letter "o", just in case. I must say, about 50% of the time I have problems with this reporting system. It is already cumbersome enough, but to have to reenter information over and over...it is so aggravating. Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone have a solution? Al
pedr 07-24-06, 10:10 AM	I've not run this, nor read it, but the previous months' DM's Marks said 'each player can only receive one of the DM's Marks' by which I think it meant to say 'each player can only receive one of the Story Objects.' So while it might be annoying, you might be able to give the player who got the unique story object only the unique one by not trying to give him the one everybody got. This is unfortunate if they are both positive certs which the player will be annoyed at missing out on one of. I'd ask the player, if you're in contact with him, which one he would like, or decide based on the adventure. If one/both are negative, you will have to choose which one to give. I've learned not to care too much about story objects, particularly DM's Marks ones - I should have received the one which unlocked Leadership from May, but it didn't work when the event was reported, so it's not there :( Sorry I don't have better advice!
