10-19-03, 12:51 PM Does this apply to outsiders all around the Great Wheel? Like if a Celestial dies on Oerth, is it dead, or "banished" like a Baatezu or Tanar'ri? What about a Modron? A Slaad?

10-19-03, 01:02 PM Outsiders aren't banished when they die anymore in 3rdEdition; a celestial, formian, modron, or demon is just as dead if it dies in the Material if it dies in Hell. However, if they were summoned (and not called), they just disappear. Summoning creates a projection instead of actually bringing the creature.
