I know I own it, just can't remember offhand which issue it was...though I'm thinking it was in the late 100s or early 200s. My memory of the garlic bread golem is very, very vague. It might have possibly come up in an adventure I read, or in the retelling of an adventure, either in person or in a letter in an issue of Dragon. I'll see if I can't nail down the exact issue the chocolate golem was in...
