3.5 version of MM2? [Archive] - Wizards Community

I'm curious. I have the Monster Manual 2 and its clear it was written for 3.0

Is there going to be a 3.5 MM2 released at any time? I see a MM3 coming out in September, but no MM2.

The reason I ask is that the CRs for some of the monsters in the MM2 seem awfully LOW for the damage they can cause, and if there are no plans for a 3.5 version of MM2, is there a place where I can get info on how to convert the monsters in that book to be 3.5 compliant? Any help would be appreciated.

07-22-04, 11:54 AM There is no 3.5 MM2 due, but you can find all the updates using the D&D 3.5 Update Booklet (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/dnd/20030718a)

07-22-04, 11:56 AM The free D&D v.3.5 Accessory Update booklet provides you with a summary of the changes to the core rulebooks and the information you need to bring the Monster Manual II, Fiend Folio, Deities and Demigods, Epic Level Handbook, and the Manual of the Planes fully up to v.3.5 of the game.

We have a download of the print booklet, and individual downloads broken out for just the core books (Player's Handbook, Dungeon Master's Guide, Monster Manual), for each of the other accessory updates, and a combined download of the individual updates. The smaller files contain the same material as in the larger D&D v.3.5 Accessory Update booklet file. They are presented for our fans with slower Internet connections or who want to print out individual handouts for the different books to keep with each respective book.
