| odinspearx04-05-06, 02:53 PM | The open game D&D stuff says (under "Full Attack"): "A creature’s primary attack damage includes its full Strength modifier (1-1/2 times its Strength bonus if the attack is with the creature’s sole natural weapon) and is given first. Secondary attacks add only 1/2 the creature’s Strength bonus and are given second in the parentheses." emphasis mine Does the "sole" above only apply if the creature only has 1 natural attack (like a wolf)? Or can a gargoyle (for example) get this bonus if he uses only one claw attack as a full-attack action? Thanks! |
