OmNefarious 03-31-07, 01:10 PM	Well I have made up a Human lvl 6 monk/lvl 6 Sorc, who is also a natural werewolf. I have a few questions about the bonuses to HP, skills and feats so as to make sure this creature isnt overpowered. -HP: It says that the Lycan takes on the HD of its base animal and adds it to its base creature. Would that mean I would add the 6d8+18 HD/HP of the Dire Wolf to the human and hybrid form? Is that correct? -Skills: I believe it says that a lycan gets 2+int mod for each of its total HD. Now do you combine that with your class skills or not? -Feats: I know that the Lycan recieves all the feats of the base animal form, plus Iron Will. I also read in the back of the MM 3.5 that a monster will get feats according to its HD. I believe this is the formula they give, 1+(1 per 3 HD). Now would you add these to your normal amount of feats or would this override the other feats?

This would be a ECL 21 creature. 18 hit die total and the +3 LA for being a natural lycan. 6 hit die for sorc 6 hit die for monk 6 hit die for the animal you are useing these 6 animal hit die are treated exactly as class hit die -Skills: I believe it says that a lycan gets 2+int mod for each of its total HD. Now do you combine that with your class skills or not? for those 6 hit die you add for your animal. you will add 2+int mod skill points as class skills. for your class skill list would be : Control Shape, Hide, Listen, Move Silently, Spot, Survival you will also have a +4 racial bonus on Survival checks when tracking by scent. -Feats: I know that the Lycan recieves all the feats of the base animal form, plus Iron Will. The animal has been givin feats according to the same formula, for the most part, one exeptsion for your chosen animal you will gain the Track feat for free.
