If I'm reading it right it basically allows me to be corporeal whenever it benefits me, and incorporeal the rest of the time. The "otherwise use" part is what leads me to believe it's extremely powerful. If I combine this one feat with the ritual in savage species that makes you incorporeal, I can theoretically have the best of both worlds, and in my case make my rogue a beastly thief :P |

Which means that the potential incorporeal thief can get into the local bank vault and grab the gold inside, but can't carry it out through the walls. However, you could rearrange things so that you could collect them later, making this more of an exercise in cleverness than simply slipping in and taking everything. |

Crap, that makes sense! Well I recall vaguely that anything the incorporeal creature touches becomes incorporeal until it is released. As in through magic you can make the item incorporeal, and then keep it that way. But I might just be remembering wrong. |
