A Bit of Help with Parasites [Archive] - Wizards Community

12-28-05, 09:25 PM I want a game where a charachters abilities start dropping due to unnoticed parasites. Does anyone have a creature or a template or at least some advice on how to pull this off? Please help a DM in need.

12-28-05, 09:33 PM The closest i know of is a sort of disease for psions where little parasites cause their power points to go bye-bye. From that i'd suggest some kind of disease would be your best bet.
The upside of this is that you also get an evil mastermind: the cancer mage from BOVD (a PrC that amoung other things lets the mage turn into a living disease. Just please never make it say something like 'you make me sick')

I need a creature. Heroes of Horror needs a creature. Give me a parasite. I left my enthusiasm in a jar. Goodbye.
