Well the other day my players, bombardied me with questions that i wasnīt sure of the answer, so iīll post emī here for someone more knowledgeable than i.

1) Could a vampire, create a phylactery (like a lich)? Becoming a wizard if necesary

2) The vampireīs slam attack is a natural attack, so does it count as an unarmed attack? does it generate an attack of opportunity when performed? Will itīs energy drain ability still work under the effects of the "Blood Wind" spell? (this spell allows you to hit creatures up to a distance with your natural attacks)

3) Can anyone please post the stats of a hellfire wyrm in humanoid form? How itīs stats will end up, itīs abilities, powers, etc...

4) Could an awakened construct gain a playerīs class (for example an awakened iron golem becoming a fighter)??

Thanks to anyone that answres :)

1. No, because only a humanoid can become a lich.

2. Natural attacks never provoke an AoO. I'd argue that the level drain effect works through a blood wind.

3. No, beacause a hellfire wyrm isn't in the SRD. It would be illegal.

4. Yes, in fact it could.

I'll agree with everything Count Arioch the 28th said, except for the first question. Of course the Vampire can make a phylactery, it just can not became a lich and consequentaly, can't benefit from the phylactery

Iīm not saying that the vampires turns into a lich.
The thing is if he could create the phylactery and then transfer his soul into it, in order to increase his chances of survival.
Just like a lich does

No he can't, only humanoids can do that.

Transferring your soul into the phylactery makes you a lich, there isn't a "not a lich but hides his soul" template.

1) Could a vampire, create a phylactery (like a lich)? Becoming a wizard if necesary

As the Count notes, by RAW, no. A vampire could make a "phylactery," but it would just be a box with magical writings in it - it wouldn't store his soul. That being said, if you, as the GM, want to make a vampire NPC who has managed to remove and hide his soul...go for it. It sounds cool.

2) The vampireīs slam attack is a natural attack, so does it count as an unarmed attack? does it generate an attack of opportunity when performed? Natural attacks are considered armed attacks, and do not provoke AoO's.
Energy drain should work fine through blood wind.

3) Can anyone please post the stats of a hellfire wyrm in humanoid form? How itīs stats will end up, itīs abilities, powers, etc...

Nope. How is the wyrm assuming humanoid form? A spell? It's "fiendish form" ability? Look up the relevant power and follow the directions.

4) Could an awakened construct gain a playerīs class (for example an awakened iron golem becoming a fighter)??

Any creature with an Int of 3+ is capable of gaining class levels. An awakened golem can certainly gain fighter levels. I once used an iron golem sorcerer against my players...boy were they surprised.
