A question about a Savage Species 3.5 Update [Archive] - Wizards Community

07-04-05, 10:17 AM I was looking over the differences between Savage Species and the 3.5 Monster Manual and was wonder....

Example:

Succubi have a Cha of 26. Minus 10, that leaves a Level adjustment of 16. Yet, Savage Species says the Level Adjustment should be 10.

I was wondering if the MM state adjustment trumps the SS ones or is tehre something more that I am not seeing. Thanks.

07-04-05, 08:42 PM Succubi have a +6 starting charisma modifier, +10 more over their monster levels. You've just overlooked the starting mods.
