This is because it's ability to only have a single action per round. Be that move action or a standard action (attack). Does this mean that a player can make a 5 foot free step, and make a ranged attack and (theoretically), never be touched? What are the benefits of using zombies over other kinds of undead (ie, skeletons)? |

"Hydra can attack with all their heads without penalty, even if they move or charge in the same round." Sounds like single actions wouldn't be a problem for them, would it? |
| AlecRazec10-04-07, 09:20 PM | CAN a zombie take a 5 foot free step? Plus, a flying zombie doesn't exactly work if you look at how flying works in the Draconomicon or the DL:CS (I can't remember which one gave rules for flying). Because landing is a move action, as is an attack. Can't fly/attack. Charging would work, but if that's it's only option for move/attack that doesn't really help them. |
