It would be awesome if someone could help me out with this. Using the succubus progression from SS and had a question come up about the lesser and greater powers. Specifically what is the DC calculated on, upon checking the MM it would seem that it is 10+int mod+power level, but I can't seem to find anything to confirm this 100%, so that's question one.

The second question is in reference to spell focus feat, can it be applied to her powers for the +2DC bonus, and more specifically again, does it apply broadly ie: to lesser powers, or to a specific power under them ie: suggestion.

Thanks in advance.

Outsiders use CHA for the RCs of their powers.

It only applies to a single power. Getting this is not really usefull, considering the massive CHA of Succubi. Instead look at the feat that allows you to improve a spell-like ability to a supernatural one. This would make your Charm Monster ability immune to SR and dispel attempts. :D

I am playing an Incubus myself and look forward to it. (lvl 6 right now).

The save DC for monsters effects is 10 + 1/2 HD + Cha or Con Mod. THe succubus's powers are Cha based so there ya go.

Thanks for the answers so far, we've gotten ahold of someone who has the 3.5 monster manual and that has pretty much answered all questions, it is 10+spell level+cha mod by the way, which is a change from 3.0... then again I noticed a few other things different from 3.0

Taken from the Monster Manual, page 315.

The saving throw (if any) against a spell-like ability is 10 + the level of the spell the ability resembles or duplicates + the creature's Cha modifier.

The saving throw (if any) against a supernatural ability is 10 + 1/2 the creature's HD + the creature's ability modifier (usually Charisma).
