| Twonky06-14-05, 04:50 PM | I have a question: if a creature has Damage Reduction, do its natural weapons count as the type that bypasses it (For example, if a creature has DR 10/magic, do its natural weapons count as magical for the purposes of bypassing DR? Also for DR/good or evil)? |
| The Morninglord06-14-05, 05:00 PM | No, not unless the creature description explicitly says so. |
| DarknessEternal06-14-05, 05:35 PM | It does for damage resistance */magic. Nothing else is a default though. |
| Derren S.06-14-05, 05:38 PM | If the creature has DR /magic, its natural weapons count as magical. Alignment depends on subtype. The natural weapons of a demon withthe [evil] subtype count as evil weapon. Natural weapons only penetrate material DR (like /silver) when the creature has a special ability which says this like the monks Ki Strike at lvl 16. |
