I am developing a session involving a nalfeshnee (demon) that I have advanced by adding 10 HD. I have made most of the appropriate adjustments, but there are two elements that I am not sure about.

Does the current spell resistance of 22 increase? If so, what is the new SR and is there a rule you can point me to?

Does the caster level for the spell-like abilities increase? If so, what is the new caster level and is there a rule you can point me to? For reference, the current caster level of a nalfeshnee is 12.

Any assistance you can provide would be appreciated.

Albi,
I don't have my books with me, but in my campaign, I advance SR and caster level according to CR. So, adding 4 HD to a creature adds +1 CR (now I'm certain thats in the moster advancement section - if you're talking 3.5, that is), and it also adds +1 to SR and +1 to caster level.
The SR is pretty straightforward. A creature with a "normal level" of Spell Resistance actually has an SR of CR+11 (so 50% of all spells of characters for which it is a standard encounter are blocked), and thats kind of a baseline that you see in many monsters. There should be an advancement rule for it somewhere too.
I'm not that sure about the caster level stuff.
