11-22-07, 12:22 PM When I advance a vermin, does it get skill points and a new feat every 3 HD like other creatures?

11-22-07, 01:01 PM Only if it has an intelligence score (which, IIRC, vermin don't).

A creature with no Int doesn't get feats (exept bonus feats) or skill points. It does get racial skill bonuses.
