OK, I have a question here-- the succubus can use suggestion at will as a spell-like ability, so when she does this, is it noticeable? Can people tell what's going on? Can it be disrupted? How exactly does this work? I know the ability has no V/S/M components, but do the intended victems notice anything? And as for the telepathy ability, how exactly does that work? Can she telepathically link and talk to the whole party at once? Does she have to know exactly where her intended target is, just a general area?

Anyone with any ideas or info, any help would be great...

If they make their save they know they resisted something.

when in doubt about telepathy and other non-combat abilities, go for the most dramatic. I picture them being able to "broadcast" telepathy into an area if they want to, but they can also link to only a single person, whispering obscene things in their head and seriously confusing and disturbing them, especially if they don't know where the "voice" is coming from.

And yeah, the only way to notice the suggestion ability is to make a save against it. I'd give other players a high-DC spot check to notice when the victim's eyes go unfocused or something along those lines; I think the suggestion has to be verbal, anyway, so if she says something odd and suddenly the fighter starts acting funny, the other characters should have some way to notice.
