I've thought that afflicted lycanthrope's shapechanging is way too complicated as it is. Just a way to simplify things. Control Shape (Racial) Through clarity of mind you have learnt to control your shapeshifting. Prerequisites: Wis 13, Lycanthropy, character is aware of their condition Benefit: You are able to control your shapeshifting. Shifting between forms is a standard action that does not provoke an attack of opportunity. The full moon never forces you to change to animal form. Normal: Changing form requires a DC 18 Concentration check. Resisting involuntary change is a DC 21 Will Save (DC 25 during the Full Moon). Special: All natural lycanthropes recieve Control Shape as a bonus feat. They need not select it.
