Hammerhead 10-01-06, 11:14 PM	If anyone here remembers that show how would you make a template for a creature with her powers? Im guessing it would be psionic rather than magic.
Roivas 10-01-06, 11:34 PM	If I remeber correctly the show was about a girl who gained telekinetic powers and some others being exposed to some chemical. That sounds more like a super hero game rather than D&D. Granted I could be remembering the show wrong it was about 8 years ago wasn't it? But her powers didn't have the standard limits that a normal character had, and they required little study or effort to perform. That sounds like a monster, not a human of any sort. I'd just make the character in a different system, D20 doesn't do everything.

Amon_WinterfallIV 10-02-06, 12:57 PM	I believe that she's based of another literary character, Ellen Mac--its been thirteen years since I saw that book. Perhaps the literary character has more grounded abilities. On that note, making Matilda would be fun.

Just give her the ability to become a black pudding-like creature, without attacks, and a constant Mage Hand for the telekinesis. Maybe up the power of Mage Hand a bit to alittle more than 5lb.

You might as well, stat up the Animorphs, Power Rangers, and Care Bears while you're at it, but here's my input: -Transformation into an ooze form at will. Ooze form is amorpheous and immune to critical hits, can slip through little spaces, and is hard to notice (bonuses to move silently and hide). It has no attacks, though. -At will-telekinesis, magic missile, and possibly lightning. I think she also had augmented senses, but its been too long.
Piggyfreak6 10-02-06, 05:31 PM	Yeah, treat the ooze form as like gasious form except your an ooze, so your not affected by wind but make her loose her items on her, because that happened all the time in the show.

bawb44 10-03-06, 03:00 PM	Sad thing is i used to watch that show and for some reason i can recall what chemical it was in case you need it for something. It was called GC161. And her powers were, point and zap telekenesis and she could become an amorphous solid/liquid state for extended time periods.
