| Callahan07-12-06, 01:56 PM | Ok so I'm running a short campaign involving a city where the PCs live that is occupied by enemy forces. Think something like Stalin Russia or Nazi Germany (though not too litteraly). any way, the forces occupying need to be somewhat obsessed about keeping order but not too controlling, so not a concentration camp but more like a heavily policed state. they also can't be any of the base races. Something a bit exotic but still humanoid enough to allow the PCs to relate to them. |

Anyway either dwarves or to fit your idea of more exotic but still human-like, how about some of the modron planetouched in MM3 I think, might be FF. They'd be lawful neutral in a wartime mood or maybe you could place them as lawful evil or just do some tieflings but have them as from baatezu blood and then they'd be human but lawful evil with a few minor devil traits. Hope that helps some. |
