Alter self - Racial Bonus Feats [Archive] - Wizards Community

04-22-04, 03:52 PM The alter self/polymorph/shapechange line gives casters "Racial Bonus Feats". What ARE these? I can't find a single monster that has a feat listed as "Racial". Does this mean you get all the monsters listed feats when using one of those spells?
