Alternate Skeletal Templates? [Archive] - Wizards Community

07-21-07, 01:28 PM Are there some other templates that will create an undead that appears more or less like a skeleton, other than the regular skeleton?

I am looking to make some unusual things that blend in with normal skeletons which I can apply as a template.

Bone Creature-BoVD
Huecuva-FF

Some straight skeletal monsters include the
Mohrg-MM
Crypt Thing-FF
Eye of Fear and Flame-BoVD
Spawn of Kyuss-MMII

With a little work I'm sure you could turn any of those into a template

07-21-07, 10:42 PM Skeletal Warrior from Dragonlance is all the fun of skeletons without the bad. Unfortunately, I think it's only open to humanoids, but I'd need to check on that.
