A voidstone golem. I'm not particularly good at statting things so I figured I'd bring the idea to this forum in hopes that one of you may choose to stat it up.

For reference, voidstone is mentioned in the manual of the planes, it's sort of ultra-concentrated negative energy that disintegrates stuff that touches it (with a fort save to resist).

Sounds a bit like an Umbral Blot to me...

Something like that, yes, but less powerful, not as concentrated.

Well, the concentration and the power can be judged by HD. Since constructs have no Constitution score, the DC for 'Disintegrating Touch' is 10 + ½ construct's HD. So, if you make a 4 HD construct with disintegrating touch, the DC is 12. Low, but still dangerous, since what awaits when you fail is complete and utter destruction.

or you could use 3.5 disintegrate as a base, with caster level equal to HD, in which case what awaits you on a failed save from that 4 HD construct would be 8d6 points of damage and possible utter destruction (if this dropped your HP to 0 or less).

...if it were not for the fact that Disintegration requires an 11th level Wizard, a 12th level Sorcerer or a 13th level Cleric. Oh, and partial damage is 5d6.

But it's true, if you're looking for less concentrated disintegration effects, you might use disintegrate instead. It's not an instant destruction on failed save, rather 2d6 damage per caster level (max 40d6)

...if it were not for the fact that Disintegration requires an 11th level Wizard, a 12th level Sorcerer or a 13th level Cleric.spell-like abiliites and supernatural abilities (that function similarly to spells) do not have a minumum caster level requirement the same way a spell does... for example the Dretch gets stinking cloud (a third level spell, normaly requiring a 5th level caster) as a SLA, and only has a caster level of 2

True, but I would like to say that the first caster levels at which the spell will be available says something about its power. Disintegration effects are really dangerous, which makes it kind of counterproductive to apply them in early levels. You're just up and about with your 3rd level rogue or barbarian and bang, you're reduced to fine dust. Also, at lower levels, 1st and 2nd, the theoretical damage for disintegration would be 2d6 or 4d6, which, strangely, is less than the damage incurred when failing the will save.

Of course, you can do it in any way you like, and tie any result to the disintegration effect of your own monsters, be it death, loss of limb, etc. although it can be a bit confusing if you go by the spell for lower levels.
