The horned kavu is a creature spawned from Rath interfering with Ǽther. From that tinkering, came the species known as the horned kavu. These creatures are animalistic on all extent, but are easy enough to train and command and are commonly used by summoners and high-powered military commanders as shock troops. Strategies and Tactics A horned kavu can once per day fling into a rage, similar to that of a barbarian, so they typically charge into combat in a rage, dealing as much upfront damage to the opponent(s) as possible. Past that they will use their claws, rending through as many people as possible. Ecology When not under command of a greater force the horned kavu tend to be predators, living in forests or mountain areas. Do to their size and ferocity they find it easy to live off the local wildlife for wherever they settle. |
| Whisper_Swiftblade08-15-06, 10:38 PM | I always thought of kavu as magical beasts insted of outsiders |
| Rerecros08-15-06, 10:48 PM | :bored: Outsider with horns. Easily trained and having a barbarians rage class feature are contradictory. They are outsiders, ergo they dont need to eat, so they just kill and eat woodland creatures for pleasure, which gives them a CE spin. And the horny one tramp :P |
| thasis08-15-06, 11:00 PM | Magical beast it is... :D *attempts to cover up mistake* *fails because he is lazy* Ok, toomarow I'll fix that... |
| Insane Pixie08-15-06, 11:01 PM | Magical beast it is... :D *attempts to cover up mistake* *fails because he is lazy* Ok, toomarow I'll fix that... It says they come for another plane. That means outsider (extraplanar). Maybe 'horned' would be better? |
| Rerecros08-15-06, 11:10 PM | Rath interfering with ?ther. I dont know what this means, but it makes me think it is an ethereal creature with material jaunt. To me, outsider (chaos) fits, so does aberration. This monster is just so plain, at least give it spell like abilities. |
| thasis08-15-06, 11:23 PM | Mmm... I'll fix this all toomarow... I am to tired as of now... :( And hte ?E is actualy supposed to be a symbol that I guess the boards doesn't support. I just assumed that it supports everything of microsoft word :S |
