| Raymond_Luxury_Yacht03-11-04, 10:21 PM | None in 3e. 2e had a nice book though, and I still use it when determining the lifespans of various races. |
| Korhal_IV03-11-04, 10:25 PM | Mongoose Publishing has a good long series of "Slayer's Guide To [Insert Monster]" books. Some are suitable for PCs, like gnolls, others less so, like krakens. They also released a humorous one on female gamers. |

Not just things like favored class. It has ability adjustments and all. Besides that, I'm surprised nobody has mentioned Savage Species. It has a bunch of different methods, but the most interesting is turning a race into a levelled class, and you gain levels so that you can start off at the same power level as everyone else without worrying about level adjustment. |

Mythic Races (http://www.fantasyflightgames.com/llmr.html) by Fantasy Flight Games. There's probably other, but those are the ones I know of. |
| BrutalMisery03-12-04, 06:20 AM | Savage Species is all about making monsters as playable races. Nearly every other book you can buy has some kind of playible races. Monsters (I for got the publisher) follows the same concept. Hald breeds and Bloodlines deals with crossing races (and monsters). Mythic Races has a bunch of odd ball types including an undead race and something like a golem. This list goes on... |
