ninja1 04-02-04, 03:48 PM	Hi folks, Does anyone know of any Demons or Devils who can transport themselves to and from the Prime Material Plane via Gate or some other ability? (preferably not the most powerful Demons or Devils, I don't want some Major Lord knocking on my door :devil: ) If no, would anyone recomend the cheapest method of planar travel?
Shemeska the Marauder 04-02-04, 07:11 PM	Anything without its own ability to planeshift can always pass through a gate created by a more powerful fiend to do their bidding as an agent upon the prime material plane. Ie. Imps, Quasits, Succubi and Erinyes being sent to the prime to tempt mortals with power, base desires, etc as appropriate for the particular Baatezu or Tanar'ri. Or they can just hop through a portal to the prime material plane, be it a natural one leading from their native plane to a particular prime world, or one of the doorways of Sigil.
The_Lawbringer 04-03-04, 12:23 PM	When I read the question, I immediately thought of a renegade devil/demon running through the color pools (MotP pg. 48) to escape the wrath of some higher power finds itself on the material plane. Just a random way to explain how it got there, could also be made into a sub-plot or two.
ninja1 04-05-04, 01:32 PM	Thanks folks, I was thinking more along the lines of Prime Material denezins summoning Demons/Devils to bargan for their services as drug dealers in their respective domains. I think the easiest fix would be to either have the Prime Material dwelling character visit them using an Amulet of the Planes, or offer them an Amulet to visit the Prime Material... Thanks again :)
