SimianShaw 11-16-06, 07:17 PM	Not sure if this is the right spot for this, but I'm giving it a whirl. Anyone ever seen a Clockwork template OR come up with one of their own? My thought here is that I have an NPC that isn't quite humanoid anymore. Portions of his anatomy have been replaced with machinery, sort of like a gnomish $1 Million Dollar Man. I suppose that would make him a 1,000,000 gp Man. Eh, sorry. Very bad joke. Can anyone help?
Bluehero 11-17-06, 01:07 AM	You could try the effigy template from complete arcane. Not sure if its what you're looking for, but that might give you the whole part construct thing. Or maybe half golem? Thats in the fiend folio I think (or was it the monster manual 2?) anyway, neither of those is really "clockwork" but it might give you the mechanics and then you can just change the appearance. The half golem gets the whole body parts thing, although the only one fitting really would be iron golem.
