Posting this to see if what people think and what errors they find.

If you see a small monkey that can speak like a man, and dresses in clothing, and he threatens you to get out of his way, you may wish to take his warning seriously. There are stories of lone monkeys only 4' or less that travel the planes and world searching for ways to increase his power. These monkeys are as strong as 30' tall giants, smart and much wiser then most men, and can see through disguises and far away with fiery eyes. I warn you If you happen upon a monkey like this even if he travels with a god of compassion the monkey has no respect for any law and is as cold a killer as any criminal.

Description: The Aolaihou are a species of hardy, and intelligent monkey that range from 3 feet to 4 feet tall with tails of length up to 4 and a half feet in length. The Aolaihou have been said to weigh in at an average of 68 pounds. The monkeys mature by the age of 14, reaching middle age at 400 years, old at 570 years, and venerable at the age of 690. There are no know cases of the Aolaihou ever dieing of old age and legend attributes this to their absent king who through force made the gods never take any of his people through old age.

Most Amazing of all natural traits the Aolaihou possess is their amazing strength. While the average Aolaihou is 3 and a half feet tall, at least in its natural form, the average Aolaihou is stronger then creatures many times its size. In fact the average Aolaihou is stronger then a Cloud Giant.

Aolaihou have short stump like noses, with small mouths and barely notable cheeks. Their faces are most often white around the eyes and the nose/mouth. The rest of the fur can vary but the pattern usually has consistent lighter and darker parts. The darker part can is most often gray, any shade of brown or gold brown mixture. The lighter regions (belly, underside of arms, back of legs) are most often a lighter variation of the darker color with a golden orange common in the brown Aolaihou. The Aolaihou's eyes appear to glow with unnatural fire, looking from a reddish glow to brilliant yellow like the sun. Aolaihou eyes vary in brightness from time to time based on how intensely the creature stares but do not actually emit light.

Aolaihou speak, read, and write their own language. Most also know one other language from Abyssal, Aquan, Auran, Celestial, Common, Draconic, Ignan, Infernal, or Terran.

Culture: Despite great intelligence and curiosity the monkeys have developed little culture or civilization. The monkeys spend their days eating natural growing fruit and playing. They have set up a system of government that is similar to that of royal courts but far less formal. The primary leaders of the monkeys consist of 4 ancient generals that were left in charge by an absent king long ago. Most Monkeys go around naked but some of the older wear skirts or clothing that was taken from adventurers. Despite the time that the monkeys spend playing, they also spend much time training to use weapons and they have been said to be capable of fighting side by side with demons, have known be consort with all manner of evil creatures, and have been known to eat human flesh (though fruit is the mainstay of the Aolaihou diet).

Habitat and Ecology: Aolaihou are at home in a verity of climates, from tropical and subtropical climates to below freezing but Aolaihou avoid areas that have snow more then four moths out of the year. Also Aolaihou prefer to live in densely vegetated areas such as forests or jungles with access to lakes and or rivers. Aolaihou are at home lining in trees or under them but have a special fondness for caves where they like to take shelter at night.

Aolaihou are capable of getting by on very small amounts of food, in part due to their small size, but have no problems eating food portions for creatures three times their size. Fruit is the mainstay of the Aolaihou diet, when available but Aolaihou also can live on leaves and lichen. Aolaihou also will often mimic the diets of any cultures they are familiar with and have few scruples about eating other sentient beings but are not cannibalistic.

Aolaihou are not known to reproduce through natural means, though that does not make them act asexual in the least, but are allegedly born from giant stone eggs. This would explain why the world is not overrun by these immensely strong intelligent monkeys.

Combat: Aolaihou are proficient with all simple weapons as well as Short Swords, Long Swords, and Greatclubs (If using Weapon Groups, which I recommend, they have the following groups: Basic Weapons, Heavy Blades, Light Blades, Maces and Clubs, and Aolaihou Weapons (See below)). They are not proficient with any armor but are proficient with Shields except for tower shields. Aolaihou fight using conventional tactics and often allow stronger and higher ranking officers to enter duels with their enemy equivalents. Aolaihou often fight fairly and follow the rules of war but will turn and run if events shift against them and they know it. They will often humiliate and take what they want from prisoners and will often strip the dead of any valuable gear.

Ageless (Ex) Aolaihou age as normal but never die of old age They still may die in other ways.

Chaotic (Ex) Aolaihou are born with primordial chaos inside them. As a result any effect that depends on alignment affects an Aolaihou as if the creature has a chaotic alignment, no matter what its alignment actually is. The Aolaihou also suffers effects according to its actual alignment.

Despite this inborn chaos or maybe because of it Aolaihou seem to have a natural ability to cultivate themselves. As such Aolaihou can progress as monks even if non-lawful, and may multiclass as a monk even if such is not normally allowed.

Immense Strength (Ex): The natural physical strength of Aolaihou lets them function in many ways as if they were one size category larger

The Stone’s carrying capacity is that of a quadruped even though the Aolaihou is not.

An Aolaihou is also considered to be one size larger when determining whether or not he can effect a creature with a special attacks based on size (such as bull rush, overrun, or swallow whole). An Aolaihou can use weapons designed for a creature one size larger without penalty. However, his space and reach remain those of a creature of his actual size. The benefits of this racial trait stack with the effects of powers, abilities, and spells that change the subject’s size category.

Overconfident Might (Ex): Aolaihou may be strong and small but when it comes to combat their nature is to rely on Strength too much when it is available. As a result they have a -8 racial penalty to all attack rolls that use their strength modifier as well as grapples. This is included in the Aolaihou statistic block. In addition, if an Aolaihou attempts to deal non-lethal damage with a weapon that normally deals lethal damage it must exceed the roll needed to hit by the penalty from this ability (8) or it ends up dealing lethal damage.

Outsider (Ex): Aolaihou's are treated as Outsiders (Chaos, Native), as well as Monstrous humanoids for Bane weapons, Smiting, Slaying Arrows, Sword of the Planes, Banestrike, and any other effect that has special effects when affecting an outsider in addition to the normal effects that a Monstrous humanoids would suffer.

Skills: Aolaihou have a +8 racial bonus to Climb checks and may use climb as either a Dex or Con based skill, and can always choose to take 10 even if rushed or threatened while climbing. Aolaihou also receive a +8 racial bonus to balance checks and a +4 racial bonus to tumble checks as long as their tails movement is not restricted (Such as by armor, if tied up…). Aolaihou also gain +8 racial bonus on Spot checks, a +4 racial bonus on jump checks, a +4 racial bonus on Move Silently check, and a +4 bonus on Intimidate checks. Aolaihou also have a -2 racial penalty to Diplomacy checks, with an additional penalty of -2 when dragons are involved.

Aolaihou Adventurers: Aolaihou most often are found as lone adventurers or traveling with parties of other creatures. This is not because most Aolaihou go out on such journeys but because of the remoteness of their homelands. Aolaihou Adventures often have taken a few levels as monks and go out into the world in search of ways to make themselves stronger or more powerful.

Aolaihou adventures will dress in whatever clothing that they find, if they think it will make them look more acceptable even if it is ill fitting or barbaric. Most Aolaihou do not grasp the fineries of civilized lands and will more mimic and copy then actually fit in. Don't let this fool you into thinking them stupid as the average Aolaihou is smarter and wiser then the average man just not familiar with civilized ways.

Aolaihou Lands: Aolaihou are native to a specific remote island called Huaguo Mountain, located in Aolai County, in Tungsheng State, off the coast off the Eastern Continent of Superior Body. Just where any of these places are has not been established but it is also been reported that some Aolaihou call Himmapan or Kishkindha home instead. One is located in a massive mountain range the other a supernatural forest, respectively. Again where any of these places are is also unknown. Many scholars have come to the conclusion that these places must exists on an alternative prime material plane.

Unique Aolaihou Weapons: The Aolaihou have a number of rather simple but unique racial weapons. These were patterned after weapons said to be used by their king and are in practice similar to somewhat heavy staves, and clubs. Due to excess weight more training then normal is generally needed to wield the weapons. As such any player (or NPC) that wishes to be proficient with these weapons must take the indicated proficiencies on the table below. The table below assume that you are using the ‘Weapon Group Feats’ option. Note that not all Aolaihou are proficient with all of these weapons and their uses.

The Aolaihou Cudgels and Stick all are cylindrical weapons composed of metal (most often iron) with a number of bands (often Steel, some times gold, silver or other metals) running around each end for reinforcement. Often the weapons are named, and engraved with their name in a few small but complex symbols on the end in the script native to the world the Aolaihou come from.

Aolaihou and Classes
Adept: Aolaihou adepts never venerate any specific gods (Primarily because they have such high opinions of themselves) but instead see gods, the spirits, and nature more as equals. Adepts often will pay respects to these powers but only in return for power. Though many Adepts train from the beginning to become adepts many others are warriors that have aged past their prime. (NPC classes don’t fit well with CR. But there is no basic class that fits the way Aolaihou use divine spells. I will look into other classes as a more balanced [as the Adept is underpowered] options.)
Barbarian: Aolaihou may get angry, and may be vicious fighters but Barbarians are not common among them. Most Aolaihou that put fighting as their primary goal are fighters, warrior, rangers, or even monks. (I recommend the use of Szatany's Ultimate Barbarian (http://boards1.wizards.com/showthread.php?t=168661) for more options. Shouts, Rage, and Frenzy fit the Aolaihou as well as the normal Barbarian but the others are even less common.
Expert: While many peoples are not sexist Aolaihou are. There are some clear distinctions between the role of men and women and one is that men spend more time training to fight then women and as such there is an in proportional amount female experts relative to male experts. (Use of the Expert class messes up CR of any NPC/PC/Monster that has any levels in it, Though the Expert class is useful for representing highly skilled NPC/PC/Monsters. You may wish to use the Ultimate Rogue with Path of the Orator and/or Path of the Expert instead)
Monk: Though often chaotic Aolaihou are excellent at developing their inner selves. Though far less common in Aolaihou lands then fighters, monks make up a good portion of Aolaihou who travel abroad. (Note: non-lawful Aolaihou may still become monks. I recommend Szatany’s Ultimate Monk (http://boards1.wizards.com/showthread.php?t=169347) for more flexibility)
Ranger: Aolaihou seldom train to fight specific enemies but are very close to nature. Few Aolaihou become rangers but those that do often have hatred of those who have made incursions against Aolaihou society. As such the most common favored enemies are humans. (I recommend looking at Szatany’s Ultimate Ranger (http://boards1.wizards.com/showthread.php?t=169174) as the favored terrain would make sense for Aolaihou who wish to have a more defensive focus)
Rogue: Aolaihou may be naturals at hiding and sneaking about but when they fight they prefer to stand up to their opponents and fight them face to face… that is unless they are not wining in which case they are willing to do what they can to save their own lives. (I recommend looking at Szatany’s Ultimate Rogue (http://boards1.wizards.com/showthread.php?t=169552) as the Path of the Expert, Path of the Orator, Path of the Stalker, and Path of the Swashbuckler are more fitting then the sneak attacking standard Rogue from the PHB)
Sorcerer: Aolaihou are close to the natural energies of magic and are often quick to learn how to use their potential. Aolaihou who train in magic often become Sorcerer, and seem to favor spells from the school of transmutation over others. (I recommend Szatany's Ultimate Sorcerer (http://boards1.wizards.com/showthread.php?t=174004)as a replacement for the normal Sorcerer class)
Warrior: Most Aolaihou know how to fight. Males in particular train to fight. As such there is an in proportionately large amount of male warrior relative to female warriors. (I do not recommend the use of the Warrior class as it messes up CR of any NPC/PC/Monster that has any levels in it)
Wizard: Though their innate abilities would suggest that Aolaihou would be excellent Wizards few are. Aolaihou may be very disciplined when it comes to learning new abilities and powers but they seem to have a natural bias to becoming Sorcerers instead of Wizards. (I recommend Szatany's Ultimate Wizard (http://boards1.wizards.com/showthread.php?t=172026)as a replacement for the normal Wizard class).
Fighter: Aolaihou train to defend their homeland. Becoming a fighter is natural to them. Aolaihou fighters generally favor the use of swords and spears over other types of weapons but it is not unusual for one to take up a quarterstaff, club, or great club as that was the weapon of their god like king (I recommend Szatany's Ultimate Fighter (http://boards1.wizards.com/showthread.php?t=169285)as a replacement for the normal fighter class).

Classes Not Native to Aolaihou Society:
Aristocrat, Bard, Commoner, Cleric, Druid, Paladin

Homebrew Classes I recommend for Aolaihou:
Lycanthromancer's Theriomorph (http://boards1.wizards.com/showthread.php?t=615364)
