A terrifying humanoid predator of the plains, a syran is a strange amalgamation of man and rhinoceros, with the build of a powerful humanoid and the tough hide and head of a rhino. However, where the horn would be on be on a rhinoceros, syrans possess long, hollow, syringe like feeding tubes that they use to drain the blood of other creatures on which they feed.
Syrans dwell in small, nomadic family groups led by the oldest and largest female. They speak a pidgin form of common. Particularly willful syrans take levels as barbarians (their favored class) while leaders are usually shamans or dual class shaman/barbarians.

Combat: Syrans are frightfully straightforward opponents, charging their prey and impaling their prey on their blood siphoning “horn”, then pinning it down while it sucks it’s victim dry. If it’s charge fails, it will close in to maul it’s victim with it’s syringe like horn and massive fists.

Powerful Charge (Ex) A syran deals 4d6+12 points of damage when it makes a charge attack

Blood Drain (Ex) If a syran succeeds in a gore attack, it starts draining the victim’s blood, draining 1D2 temporary con per round until it’s victim is sucked dry or it manages to wriggle free.

Attach (Ex) When a syran’s “horn” pierces it’s victim, the back-facing serrations covering it’s surface keep it lodged in the victim’s flesh. The Victim can extricate himself with a escape artist or Dex (DC20). A syran who is attached to a victim will let go if it takes 25% of his total hp in damage

I don't have access to a monster manual so I Can't fix the attach...woe ams me

I'm not really an "approve or disapprove" kind of guy these days. But I will try and point out errors or unclear wording...

Base Attack/Grapple +6/+18

Monstrous Humanoids (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/typesSubtypes.htm#monstrousHumanoidType) have BAB equal to their HD, so BAB should be +8.
As a result, Grapple check should be +20. (BAB +8, Strength +8, size modifier +4)

Full Attack Gore +13 (2d6+12+Blood Drain) 2 Slams +8 (1d8+12)

Primary Natural Attacks only ever gain x 1.5 strength damage if they are the only natural attack a creature has. For example, if a creature only has a bite attack, it gains x1.5 strength bonus to damage; if it has a Bite and 2 claws, then the bite is always x1 strength bonus to damage. So the Gore damage should be 2d6+8, plus Blood Drain, for both the Attack & Full Attack lines.
Secondary attacks only ever gain 1/2 strength bonus to damage, so the Slam should be 1d8+4

S/R 10’/19’

1.) please don't over-abbreviate. "space" and "reach" are five letter words, there's no real gain for making them into single letters, and it's not as easy to read.
2.) I'm assuming you mean for the creature to have a 10 ft. reach, not a 19 ft. reach, and that's just a typo.

Special Qualities Low Light Vision

The Monstrous Humanoid type (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/typesSubtypes.htm#monstrousHumanoidType) automatically grants this creature 60 ft. darkvision, so that should be included, either alongside of, or replacing Low-light Vision.

Saves Fort+11 Ref +6 Will+3

The Good saving throws for a Monstrous Humanoid (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/typesSubtypes.htm#monstrousHumanoidType) are Reflex & Will, for base saves of +3/+6/+6. Ability score modifiers are +5/+0/+1, and he has no save-boosting feats, so the final saving throws should be:
Fortitude +8, Reflex +6, Will +7

Powerful Charge (Ex) A syran deals 4d6+24 points of damage when it makes a charge attack
I can see a Powerful charge doing double dice damage. (normal gore = 2d6, powerful charge = 4d6) However, I do not see it doing x3 strength modifier. If you look at the Minotaur's Powerful Charge (]+12, not +24.

Attach (Ex) When a syran’s “horn” pierces it’s victim, the back-facing serrations covering it’s surface keep it lodged in the victim’s flesh. The Victim can extricate himself with a escape artist or heal check (DC20) or by persuading it to let go by attacking it. A syran who is attached to a victim will let go if it takes 25% of his total hp in damage

Looking at the two other blood-draining, attaching creatures (the Dire Weasel (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/monsters/direWeasel.htm) and the Stirge (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/monsters/stirge.htm), we see that their Attach abilities work in the same way, but differently from yours. Specificially, instead of requiring a Heal check (????) the creature "attached' must be successfully Pinned in a grapple. I'd suggest replacing the Heal check with the 'pin' requirement; just cut & paste the language from either the Dire Weasel or the Stirge.

edit: and I'm sure you already know what P.E.A.C.H. (http://boards1.wizards.com/showthread.php?t=564071) means, and why it gets used in message posts, right? The whole 'orange/banana' buisness is just a weak attempt to be cute & funny, right?

Thank you for your Input with my creature, I'll be sure to correct it as soon as possible. As for the "Alternate Fruits" It's nothing but a weak stab at being funny... I know all about the "Please Evaluate And Critique Honestly" nonsense. They post it constantly.
