Eh Steve has a blocky, vaguely cubical body of a murky greenish-brown color with thick, hard leathery skin. At his lower half is a number of runish tatoos, possibly enscribed as an aid to his powers. At the top of his body are two large, triangular eyes, and in the middle a large mouth beneath a thin, curled moustache. He is supported by two thin, almost stickly legs which nevertheless are of great strength, supporting the body and able to propel him at quick speeds. Its arms are somewhat atrophied and lack any manipulative extensions.

Combat:
Eh Steve is a noncombatant, infuriating his enemies into persuing and leading them into cunning traps.

Favored Enemy (Ex):
Eh Steve gains a +2 bonus on Bluff, Listen, Sense Motive, Spot, and Survival checks when using these skills against animated objects. Likewise, his land speed increases by 10 ft. to escape creatures of this type.

Power of Eh (Su):
Once per year Eh Steve's mouth can detach and explode the universe. No save.

Spell-like abilities:
At will/ Detect Magic, Mage Hand; 3/day Expeditious Retreat, Magic Mouth; 1/day Dimension Door; Spell-level 4. Save DC's are Charisma based.

*wince* That sounds like something from Aqua Teen Hunger Force. Or something.

Meaning, one of those shows my brothers watch that is hilarious at the same time that it's absolutely demented. >.>

This is the second Homestar Runner character that I've seen for the D20 system. (The other one was Trogdor.)
