Are Fang Dragons "In" this year? [Archive] - Wizards Community

08-02-05, 07:29 PM I've been reading some of the latest FR fiction, and it seems that Fang Dragons have suddenly become increadably popular, showing up on a more regular basis than many of the chromatics. Now, I'm not 100% sure, but I believe that they did exist in 2E, so does anyone have ideas as to why they've suddenly started popping up all over the place?

08-02-05, 08:46 PM Whilst I've never played 2E, my first DM gave me his first MM(or Compendium, can't remember, I'd have to go look) which was 2E, I don't think Fangs were ever in 2E.

The Only place I've seen a fang dragon in FR literature lately was Elminster's Daughter. Where else? Probably the Year of Rogue Dragons trilogy (I only bought the first one).
