I've got a couple places in a couple campaigns where it seems appropriate for me to arm non bearded devils with their infernal wounding glaives...my question is, how, if at all, does arming a creature with these affect their CR?

The bearded devil's infernal wounding ability is caused by the devil and is not a property of the glaive itself. So arming some other creature with a bearded devil's glaive won't grant the wounding ability, as per the written rules.

However, you could just ignore that little rule right there. You are the DM. :)

It really depends upon the creature that you arm with the glaive. A hamatula (barbed devil) won't benefit much at all from the weapon, as most of its abilities are dependent upon its natural attacks.
Still, I don't think that arming any creature with such a weapon would cause its CR to go up much, if at all.
