Anyone who has played Vampire the Masqerade (Or however it's spelled) knows what an Assamite is. After talking with my older brother whos has played D&D for at least a decade made this new template possible. This is great for rogues and assassins.

Size unchanged, type is undead.
All current, past and future hit die to d12
Base land speed increases by 10 feet
+3 Natural Armor
Gains slam attack as Vampire
DC for special attacks equal 10+ 1/2 hit die+ CHA modifier.
Blood drain, create spawn, energy drain as Vampire abilities
Quivering Palm as monk ability 1/day
Acidic Blood: Assamites can coat a slashing or piercing weapon with their blood 3/day. That weapon deals an extra 1d6 acid damage for three rounds. An Assamite can spit their blood as a ranged touch attack dealing 1d6 acid damage per hit die (Max 15d6) 1/day with a range or 20 feet.
Spell-like abilities: At will: Silence, Invisibility. 3/day: Cat's grace, Haste, Blur, Greater Invisibility, Poison. (Poison can only be cast on a weapon and is delivered with a melee attack. Caster level equals Hit die.

Fast healing 5
Cold and Electricity resistance 10
Spider Climb as Vampire ability
Turn Resistance +4
Abilities: +4 STR, +6 DEX, +2 INT, +4 WIS, +2 CHA, no CON score (Undead)
SKills: +8 to Bluff, Hide, Listen, Move Silently, Search, Spot. +4 to Balance, Jump and Tumble
Feats: Combat Reflexes, Dodge, Improved Initiative, Mobility, Lightning Reflexes, Spring Attack
CR: +2
Alignment: Any Evil
Level Adjustment: +8
