I'm putting together a homebrew campaign setting and I'm thinking of new powers to give some of the creatures. See what you think of this one.

Baatezu special Ability (Su): Aura of Pity

When a Baatezu is reduced to 20% hitpoints or fewer, it can take a standard action once a day to beg for mercy. This forces all hostile creatures within a 30' circle to make a will save (DC= 10+1/2 Baatezu's HD+ Cha modifier) or be affected as by a charm monster spell of a level equal to the HD of the Baatezu. A creature does not have to speak the Baatezu's language, but must be able to either see or hear it. Good characters are affected normally by this while neutral characters get a +5 bonus to their will save to resist the effect. Evil creatures are immune to Aura of Pity. This effect is broken if the Baatezu attacks the affected creature. Note that some Baatezu may be too proud to use this ability. This is a mind-affecting, charm effect.

Heh heh heh... *rubs hands together evilly*

Very neat. I'm going to use it.
