Critical_Failure 12-11-06, 03:46 PM	very high, i'd put it above +4 if i was the DM and then there's the hit die. on a related note, is it possible for a race to be so pathetic that it has a negative level ajustment. sort of, to make you balanced with the rest of the party, i'm giving you another level

The Soulfused Construct template from Magic of Incarnum can be added to the Iron Golem and provide it with sentience. With all that I'd say a +6. 5 for the golem itself and the template gives it 1.
