| Andarious07-18-04, 12:28 AM | Firstly, and I am probably just nit picking but the wording of the first sentance of the Awesome Blow feat seems off, seems it should be. "As a standard action, make a melee attack roll at a -4 penalty to deliver an awesome blow." or something like that. Secondly this is something I've thought more about, it really seems like this attack should be allowed as the attack portion of a charge like a bull rush or overrun can be used (both standard actions). It says in the charge entry you are allowed "a single melee attack" which this does qualify as, and is not a full round action meaning you may move before or after it. However in the entry for the Awesome Blow feat it says nothing about charging. |

| Andarious07-19-04, 01:06 PM | well heh ya can always do what you want with it... my original intended use was a 10th level minotaur barbarian (Str 25) with Power Blow, Improved Bull Rush, Improved Natural Attack (Gore), Awesome Blow, Weapon Focus (Gore). making a 6d6+str*1-1/2 chargeing Awesome Blow which would roll a character back 10 feet and allow him to next turn wrinse and repeat unless they where able to kip up (the rules for which under a tumble check I can't find anymore...) they wouldn't be able to move after getting up. |
