[B]"War" Template[/B] [Archive] - Wizards Community

09-08-04, 05:10 PM I was taking a look at the MM3 artwork, and I noticed the warbear and wartroll. I would like to know if there is some sort of "war template", and if there is what can creature types can it be applied to (dragons, fey, giants, etc.)? Please respond. Thanks! :D

09-08-04, 06:26 PM There's a warbeast template in the MMII, but I doubt it's what you're looking for. It can only be applied to Medium-sized or larger animals, beasts, and vermin. (In 3.5, it would probably only be applied to animals and vermin.)

09-09-04, 11:27 AM There is no "war" template presented in the MM3. The War Troll is just a troll built for fighting, and the warbear was changed to Ironclad Mauler in the book.
