This celestial being resembles a young child, with small feathery wings upon its back and a beautiful bow in its hands.

Baby angels are the least members of the angelic part of the Celestial Choir. Baby angels are born in a day-long ritual in which a male and female angel are united in a sacred area. The loss of essence physically drains the essence of the two parent angels (for the next week, they are fatigued and their spell resistance and regeneration is halved), but it also produces a beautiful infant angel. Baby angels are not strong creatures and mainly stay within their home plane until they grow into a higher angel, often under the close guardianship of its parents. A baby angel is about 3˝ feet tall and weighs about 40 pounds.

Combat
Baby angels try to avoid combat unless they must defend something or someone as a last resort. They prefer to disable foes rather than slay them in any case, and prefer to be in groups.

A baby angel’s natural weapons, as well as any weapons it wields, are treated as good-aligned for the purpose of overcoming damage reduction.

Spell-Like Abilities: At will—aid, consecrate, continual flame, detect evil, discern lies (DC 13), invisibility (self only), plane shift (DC 16), remove curse (DC 15), remove disease (DC 14); 3/day—cure light wounds (DC 12), see invisibility; 1/day—remove fear (DC 12), cure moderate wounds (DC 13). Caster level 12th. The save DCs are Charisma-based.

Change Shape (Su): A baby angel can assume the form of a humanoid child.

PLEASE tell me if the Spell-like DCs are correct if you know; I am always shoddy in that department.

Change Shape (Su): An astral deva can assume the form of a humanoid child.Don't you mean "Baby Angel" instead ?

If this is an infant, could it be that upon reaching a certain Hit Die, it becomes an actual angel ?

Cherubs?

I would've, but I already used that name as an angel rank. Perhaps to avoid corniness they should be renamed to "infantile devas".

I copied and pasted some aprts of the astral deva angel to finish more quickly, so yes of course that is a typo. :)

An yes, naturally these angels grow and mature as they gain hit dice. Some will mature into a higher angel as early as 6 to 8 HD (monadic devas), some as late as 12 HD (transforming directly into 12 HD astral devas).

The DC's for their Spell-like abilities would be 11+spell level.

Of course I knew that part of it. It's just that I am unsure which spell level I am to use when the spell is listed at multiple spell levels for different classes.

Thanks for the feedback. ;)

So it's a only pretty powerful baby until 21st HD and then it becomes a solar at 22nd? Doesn't make too much sense to me...

No, their advancement, if you bothered to read that row, only goes to 12 HD. Booya. :D
