Do natural attacks get multiple attacks for high BAB?

I ask this because I see a lot of high level creatures that seem to get multiple attacks with weapons but only 1 attack with a natural weapon.

Example?

The Cornugon in the MM gets 3 attacks per round with its spiked chain, but if it elects to attack with a claw it gets a single attack (with each claw).

Where in the rules does it state that natural attacks cannot gain multiple attacks for high BAB? If it doesn't, why don't these monsters show multiple attacks with natural weapons under the Full Attack listing?

No, natural weapons do not get multiple attacks because of base attack bonus. The explanation was that when a creature uses its natural attack, it gets in there and hits hard. Imagine a dragon using its bite attack like some psychotic scaly buzzsaw.

The rules for this are on page 312 of the Monster Manual under natural weapons.
