| Lasrifriir03-27-04, 10:13 PM | I couldn't find this elsewhere, so I figured that I would ask this here: What was the plant that warded off werewolves in 3E? |
| ChaoticGod03-27-04, 10:23 PM | I don't know about it being in 3.0 but werewolves in folk lore didn't like wolfsbane aka aconite. |
| Thomar_of_Uointer03-27-04, 10:30 PM | Wolfsbane. |
| quaiven03-28-04, 10:58 AM | I thought Wolfsbane wasn't used to "ward" off werewolves (like garlic does to vampires), but rather it was used to keep someone from contracting the curse of lycanthropy after being bitten by a werewolf (or other were) and its in the Montser Manual |
| Richmud03-28-04, 08:54 PM | You might be thinking of belladona which is used as an anti-werewolf thing in NWN |
| Factol Rhys03-28-04, 11:28 PM | Belladona wards off lycanthropes in NWN. Wolfsbane is a medicine in DnD that helps the subject resist contracting lycanthropy. Of course, it's a deadly poison, but you have to pick the risk that you're willing to take... |
