Yes, that's right. A Rock-Paper-Scissors golem.

Paper Golems were introduced in dragon magazine issue #341. Stone Golems are in the monster manual. Scissors golems... Well, just make an Iron golem with "Spiked Armor" and make it deal slashing damage with its melee attacks...

Anyway, I want to figure out the stats and production cost for an RPS golem. Production cost I figure can just be half the cost of each "component" golem, but I dunno about stats...

What I'm looking for should be around CR 18 and not have any elemental weaknesses... Although it would be cool if you could make called shots on parts of the golem for special effects...

Roshambo
Huge Construct
HD: 45d10+40
Init: -2
Speed: 20'
AC: 29 (-2 size, -2 Dex, +23 natural) touch 6, flat-footed 29
BAB/Grapple: +33/+54
Attack: Slam +44 melee (4d8+13) or slash +44 melee (4d6+19) or stab +44 melee (2d8+19/18-20/x3)
Full Attack: Slam and slash, slam and stab, or slash and stab (determined randomly)
Face/Reach: 15'/15'
Special Attacks: Inaudible Whining
Special Qualities: Construct traits, immunity to magic, arm-specific vulnerabilities, DR 15/adamantine
Saves: Fort +14, Ref +12, Will +14
Abilities: Str 37, Dex 7, Con 0, Int 0, Wis 11, Cha 1
CR: 18?
Alignment: Always neutral

Combat:
Inaudible Whining (Ex): If a target is hit by both of a roshambo's attacks, it automatically takes 4d6+19 additional sonic damage as it is subjected to the blubbering of thousands of schoolchildren who do not like to lose.
Immunity to Magic (Ex): A roshambo as a whole is immune to any spell or spell-like ability that allows spell resistance. Its arms, however, are not immune to any spell that specifically targets the material from which they are composed (i.e. stone, metal or paper).
Arm-Specific Vulnerabilities (Ex): A roshambo's arms are each subject to sunder attempts; its stone arm (which it uses to slam) may be sundered by piercing damage, its metal arm (which it uses to slash) may be sundered by bludgeoning damage, and its paper arm (which it uses to stab) may be sundered by slashing damage. This is an exception to the rule that only slashing or bludgeoning weapons may be used to sunder. Each arm has 1/3 of the roshambo's HD and hardness 10, may be sundered only by the damage type listed above. If an arm is destroyed, the roshambo loses 1/3 of its current hit points and may not use the associated attack. A roshambo with one or more destroyed arms may not make a full attack, and its speed decreases by 5' for every arm that is destroyed. Sunder attempts against the roshambo's arms are subject to its damage resistance.

Construction
A Roshambo is contructed from 2500 lbs. worth of scissors, a stone block weighing at least 1500 lbs., and a single large piece of high-quality treated paper. The iron scissors cost 5000 GP, the stone 2500 GP, and the paper 100 GP, for a total cost of 7600 GP. DC 15 craft (Origami), craft (Weaponsmithing) or craft(Armorsmithing), and craft(Stonemasonry) or craft(Sculpting) checks must be made in succession to create the golem's body.

CL 20th, Craft Construct, cloudkill, geas/quest, limited wish, slow, symbol of stunning, antimagic field, keen egde, mending, resistance, caster must be at least 20th level. Price 120,300 gp; Cost 65,300 gp + 4508 XP.

I like, I like... It seems a bit strong for a CR 18, but that's excellent... anyone else?

This is one funky-looking golem. This automaton is made of a strange amalgamation of rock, paper, and scissors. The body core is made of mixed-up parts of these materials without any apparent order or any aesthetic idea in mind. Three long arms hang off of central body core at regular intervals, such that it looks lime the golem is actually split into thirds, each with each arm-third made exclusively of rock, paper, or scissors. Rotating on one of these limbs, it begins to half hop, half roll towards you.

Production: A Roshambo (where's the name come from, by the way?) is contructed from 2500 lbs. worth of scissors, a stone block weighing at least 1500 lbs., and a single large piece of high-quality treated paper.

Market Price: CL 20th, Craft Construct, cloudkill, geas/quest, limited wish, slow, symbol of stunning, antimagic field, keen egde, mending, resistance, caster must be at least 20th level. Price 120,300 gp; Cost 65,300 gp + 4508 XP.

I was actually thinking of it as the three arms around a central, melded core; that way it's standing on one arm, and attacks with the other two.
Think of Buer from the Tome of Magic. If you don't have the Tome of Magic, here's a picture of a Roving Mauler, sort of a mini-Buer, which should help you understand my mental image.

Yeah, that'd make sense... That way, if you sundered two arms it wouldn't be able to attack, and if you sundered all three it wouldn't be able to move even if it weren't already dead...

Okay, I'm editing the description...
