What is the best of the best?
like which one has the highest str, dex, con, int, wis, cha, respectively, seperately of course. I've only been able to own and read MM1, so i'm limited on what else there is, anything at all including book of vile, exalted, faerun, eberron, dragonlance, what is the best?

I like great wyrm prismatic dragons from the Epic Level Handbook.
Str 73, Dex 10, Con 65, Int 64, Wis 65, Cha 64. 2,613hp, AC 106, SR 86, etc.

I'm sure there's monstes out there with better stats (you could throw a Thor at them if you really wanted the best Str.), but these dragons are pretty cool.

I'm not the one to ask, however. There's people on these boards that can build you some really disgusting creatures that would wipe the floor with most parties.

It kinda depends on what you consider applicable material, if you want to get the strongest statted thing in D&D, you might as well open up the Deities and Demigods handbook (or any other associated campaign god statting book). Most deities have about 40 to 50 levels of adventuring classes ontop of their insane divine abilities (there's one that allows a diety to always get a natural 20 on an attack roll, they only have to roll to confirm the crit). Personally, I'm not to fond of statting divinities, since the old saying "If you stat it, they will attempt to beat it down and take it's swag" applies.

The title tends to go to Great Wyrm Dragons though, though I personally like the Hechatonchiere from the Epic Level Handbook (100 attacks per round!)

The Tarrasque is an old favorite in terms of 'Unkillableness'. You need to reduce that sucker to -30 hitpoints, then spend a Wish spell to stop it from regenerating.

If I recall correctly, the strongest monster ever officially statted was the Time Dragon in the last real Dragon magazine. Its Great Wyrm CR topped out around ~CR 90.

Unofficially, it goes probably to the Mortiverse or to Pun-Pun.

Imagine if someone put Mortiverse and Pun-Pun together somehow. D:
