Garilario 10-20-06, 12:47 AM	I've read the DMG several time about getting some unusual special mount for paladin. But I couldn't understand it. Would anyone mind to explain that to me with some examples? 1. Blackguard with a nightmare mount. 2. Blackguard with a displacer beast servant.(As the one in The City of the Spider Queen, I can't understand that.) 3. Paladin getting something else other than war horse or the like. Assuming character level 20, how are the special mount bonus calculated. Must I have the leadership feat in order to get such a mount? blackguard Character Level Bonus HD Natural Armor Adj. Str Adj. runestar 10-20-06, 03:38 AM	For your second example, IIRC, the displacer beast is actually the blackguard's cohort, acquired via the leadership feat, and not his fiendish servant...:P
